Hi! I am Anna —a mission-driven content designer and UX strategist who came to product from the newsroom. For over a decade, I've worked at the intersection of editorial craft and strategic thinking, most recently leading content design at a fertility and hormonal health platform. My work on UX improvements, content strategy for new features, and AI-driven personalization has led to double-digit lifts in engagement and conversions and generated millions in incremental revenue.

THE CHALLENGE: To build Change.org’s content strategy and marketing engine from the ground up, attracting and empowering hundreds of millions of people to take deeper civic action.

A San Francisco-based B2C health technology and precision medicine company developing AI-based personalized medicine solutions for people with chronic conditions and a “Healthomes” platform for diagnostic and therapeutic discovery.

THE CHALLENGE: To create a brand presence, find a voice, establish a reputation, and grow a community of users and followers.


A global non-profit founded on behalf of Armenian Genocide survivors in gratitude to their saviors to bring awareness to modern-day selfless acts of heroism that save lives.

THE CHALLENGE: To put Armenia on the “world map” of attractive destinations for investors, tourists, and professionals while commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide in the Ottoman Empire.
